As Managing Director, Maude Rivière is responsible for the operational business of fög. This includes the areas of finance, personnel, infrastructure and processes. She is also responsible for reporting, manages fundraising activities and ensures that internal and external communication is appropriate for the target audience. In addition, she manages the project "Yearbook Quality of the Media" and is responsible for the center's activities in the area of media competence.

In addition to her role as managing director, she is a member of the board of trustees of the Kurt Imhof Foundation for Media Quality and a member of the advisory board of the fög Fund for Media Research.

Before joining fög, Maude Rivière held various positions in corporate communications. She studied journalism and political science as well as art history at the University of Zurich and graduated with a master's degree. She also completed further training in corporate management and leadership at the University of Zurich and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD).
